Address Update Notice September
2011
Brothers
and Sisters of Local 563,
The
2011 TWU Local 563 elections will be held by ballot beginning in November, 2011.
The ballots will be mailed to each member’s current address on file with the
Local beginning Monday, November 10.
In
order to ensure that you have the opportunity to cast your vote in this
upcoming election, the Election Committee needs your current mailing address.
It
is YOUR responsibility to ensure
that your mailing address on file with the Local is current as of this posting.
If
you have moved, changed mailing addresses or are unsure if your address on file
with the local is current, you must contact the Local with any changes to your
mailing address.
Failure
to do so will result in your not receiving a ballot for the election.
In
order to update your address, you must submit an address update either through
email or with the Address Update Form to the Local.
To
send via email send your new address to changeofaddress@twulocal563.com
, Be sure to include your name, employee number, a phone number, and work area.
(The phone number and/or work area will be used only to contact you for
verification of the change)
The
Update form can be accessed on the website at www.twu563.org.
Select the 2011 Elections link on the home page and download the form. The
website can be accessed from any AA computer in addition to your personal
computer.
Complete
the form, sign and date it and return the form the Local 563 office by mail,
fax or in person. The address of the Local is:

may also return the form to any Election Committee Member.
The deadline to receive your
updated address is Monday, October 31, 2011 by 12:00 PM.
Please
do not miss the opportunity to cast your vote. One of the utmost goals of this
Election Committee is to make every effort to allow for you to cast your vote.
We can only do this if you make sure your address is current, and we need your
participation to make certain that your ballot is received by you, cast and
then counted.
